We recognize that regardless of why you're selling everything, it most likely means that your in a season of transition in your life. We want to help you trade stress and chaos, for order and peace of mind.

We are a husband and wife team, and together we will take your from an initial consult and inventory of your estate, to an online and in-person sale.

Initial Consult

We will sit down with you to get a feel from your family and the home you're liquidating. We want to make sure this is a good fit for us, and for you! We'll talk about the items you have, the profit you're looking to make from the sale, what the actual sale will look like for your space, our commission (typically 30%-40%), and what you can expect from us.

Inventory + Research

We get to work! We know these items have value, and we want to make sure nothing goes unnoticed. We will take inventory of the items you have, and research their fair market value to have the best sale ever.

Online + In-Person Sales

The main event! This varies in each situation - you may be looking at a multi-day sale at your estate with a simultanous sale online.. or maybe just one big day! We'll make sure the sale fits your estate and your families needs. We handle all of the set up, advertising, marketing, pricing, day-of sales, moving, and management!
