it's not 'one size fits all'

ESTATE LIQUIDATION - 

After our initial consult, we'll give you a proposal. Based on the specific's of your estate, we will recommend a pathway; this may be one, or a combination of the following.

Option 1: The Classic

We spends weeks of prep time - cleaning, sorting, researching, advertising and staging -

all for the main event! A weekend, in-person sale.

We come prepared - we've got tables, signage, card readers for debit and credit transactions, furniture dollies & more. 

 

Our team welcomes shoppers into a home where everything they see is for sale - the goal being to empty the place and leave cash in your hands. We're there to run the entire day. This means managing the crowd, processing sales (we take cash, credit and debit!), help load cars, and clean the place up at the end of the day.

This option is best for: estates that are full of stuff that a lot of people want. Furniture, kitchenware, tools, appliances, decor, etc. 

​

Additional costs: Typically, there are no additional costs to you for an in person estate sale. Any costs associated with your specific sale would be outlined in our proposal before you sign a countract with us. 

Option 2: Online Sales

Long before we were VV Estate Sale Services, Micah was reselling (and by 'long before', we mean like.. middle school!) 

Years of experience coupled with thousands of sales & a 100% positive review score on E-Bay - this is who you want to do your online haggling!

We have the knowledge and experience to ensure we understand the current market value for novelty and collectable items, the best place to sell them (Marketplace, E-bay, Etsy, etc). We also have the gear for professional photos, as well as proper shipping and handling.

This option is best for: estates with a high number of 'smalls' and collectibles. These are items that are necessarily in high demand locally, but are sought after online by buyers all over the world.

Additional costs: There are typically no additional costs to you for Online Sales. 

Option 3: The Long Game

This one is not as common, but super straight forward.

We come and clear out everything, all at once. We bring it to a storage space, off site. Every items gets catalogued, photographed, and listed online as well as within our list of collectors and followers. We coordinate pick ups with buyers over the course of 30 - 60 days. After the agreed upon window, we show up with your money!

This option is best for: estates that need to be cleaned out immediately, or estates that are inaccessible to the general public. 

​

Additional Costs: This option is fast and easy for you, however, it does typically require that we are renting additional equipment, such as a moving truck or temporary storage unit. These costs would be outlined in our propsal to your before you sign a contract with us.
